Adaptively extract dataset surface.

vtkAdaptiveDataSetSurfaceFilter uses view and dataset properties to create the outside surface mesh with the minimum minimorum of facets

Warning
Only implemented currently for 2-dimensional vtkHyperTreeGrid objects
